Bag capacity shredding correct contents kept

What is the bag capacity for shredding? Also is it correct that contents could be kept inside plastic wallets and/or folders. Does that mean the contents are not recycled but burnt?
As long as the tag fits over the top of the bag there is no 'capacity limit'. Due to the volume of paper that goes through the industrial shredder even with plastic wallets the shredded waste is still able to be recycled just at a lower grade.
