Book packing service remove items from

Hi - if we book the packing service do we need to remove items from cupboards/drawers/pantries etc. before you arrive, or do you literally come into the house and clear everything into suitable packing boxes?
No you don't have to remove anything cupboards drawers etc the packing crew will do this for you. Any items that you don't want packed please group together and identify these items to the packers. Regards Mark Lane.
