Booked tail lift van monday confirmation

Hi I've just booked a tail lift van for monday 13th November 2017 but there is no confirmation of the date just a reference number. how can i confirm it ??
There should have been a confirmation and a voucher e mailed to you - Did you book it from SOMerset v? If so give us a call on 01278 447 099 and ask for Angus
