Hire driver dr from years

Do you hire to a driver with a DR10 from 3.5 years ago ?
As a D10 can vary from 3-11 points on your licence we would need to know more about the conviction and what it was related too. Please call the self dive manager at the depot you wish to hire from. Regards Mark Lane.
