If you are asking about of shredding service, this is how it works. You can purchase shredding bags online from our website www.britannialanes.co.uk/shredding Depending on the amount you purchase we will either post or deliver the bags and security seals to you. If you purchase more that 5 bags we will collect the filled bags for free. If you need 5 or less bags simply drop them off to your nearest branch. Our confidential shredding is then taken to our central shredding plant. Once the shredding takes place you can print of a confirmation shredding certificate on our website by entering your postcode and security seal number. I hope this is of help. Regards Mark Lane
