What is the latest date to cancel a booking, before collection?
For a removal contract if you cancel more than 10 working days No Charge. Between 10 and 5 working days 30% of the removal charge. Less than 5 working days 60% Within 24hrs of the move taking place 75% On the day work starts or any time after work commences 100% of the removal charge. Yo can purchase a cancelation cover which means you can cancel up to 24hrs before the move is to start with a full refund. Cancelling with less than 24 hrs reverts to the charges as set out in out T&C's, as above. I hope this is of help. Regards Mark Lane.
