Ordered bags online sent from exeter

Hi, I have just ordered some new bags online to be sent out to us from your Exeter branch to us at Acuity in Basepoint in Marsh Barton. We also have three bags here that are full and ready for collection, is it possible to organise this or do we need to drop them in?
