Ordered paid shredding bags faq screen

I have just ordered and paid for 2 shredding bags and the FAQ screen came up. please confirm I have completed the payment

I have checked the system and no payment or order has taken place. I also have checked with the IT people and they can see that you tried to make an order and again they confirm no order or payment has taken place. Apologies for this, can you please try again.
