Pick van friday example book drop

If I pick up a van on Friday, for example the 20th August and book to drop off on the 21st August what time do I need to drop it off on the Saturday?
Each booking is for a 24hr period from 08.30 to 08.30. I hope this is of help. Regards Mark Lane.
