Why request for receiver of international shipment to provide passport details?
I hope this answer is of help, but this answer is without knowing which country you are shipping to or what the makeup of your consignment is. Customs at the country of destination require these details for identification of who is receiving the goods and to check if they can be brought into the country exempt of duty. Regards Mark Lane.
