Shred rolled till rolls inch inch

Do you shred rolled till rolls. They are approx 3inch by 2.5 inch and there is no inner core or do we have to unravel them?
I have not had a reply from the shredding plant as yet. Please put them in the bag and I will sort this out once we are back to work. Regards Mark Lane.
