Storage unit bungalows furniture wardrobes white

How big a storage unit is needed for a small 2 bed bungalows furniture with only 1 bed, no wardrobes and no white goods.
Without a list of items it is difficult to know. As a guess I would say from 100sqft to 150sqft.
